How do I pay for items on your website?
We use GOB2BPAY to handle all of our online payments. You can pay with credit and debit cards from most leading banks. We do not hold your card details.

How soon will my items be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch most items on the same day we receive your order (typically up to 2pm). For products that require manufacturing, the entire order is usually dispatched the following day. If you would like to make alternative arrangements, please call us on 01454 332270.

Do I receive paperwork to say that the equipment I purchased has been inspected?
Yes, all equipment is supplied with the appropriate documentation, typically a Thorough Examination Report.

Do you repair Lifting Equipment?
Yes, we can repair and inspect most makes and types of lifting and safety equipment.

Can you provide training for the products you sell?
We have access to qualified trainers who will be happy to talk with you about your training requirements. Please contact us for more information.
