How do I pay for items on your website?

We use Sagepay to handle all of our on line payments. You can pay by credit and debit cards from most leading banks. We do not hold your card details. Soon we will have the ability for you to purchase from our site on your trade account ( Please contact us for further details )

How soon will my items be despatched?

We try and despatch most items the same day as we receive your order ( normally up to 2pm ) for some products we have to manufacture so normally the whole order will be despatched the next day. Always call us on 01454 323675 if you would like to make other arrangements.

Do I receive paperwork to say that the equipment i purchased has been inspected

Yes all lifting & safety equipment will be issued with the correct paperwork - normally a Thorough Examination Report

Do you repair Lifting Equipment?

Yes we can repair and inspect most makes and types of lifting and safety equipment, please give us a call.

Can you provide training for the products you sell?

We have access to qualified trainers who will be happy to talk with you about your training requirements, please see our training section for a full list of courses available.

Why should i buy from you and not another web seller?

Premier Lifting and Safety are specialists in the products we sell & service, we have been in the industry many years and have vast experience and knowledge of the products and services we offer. We are always available to contact should you have any queries.

Can I rely on the dimensions and specifications you show?

We print dimensions purely as a guide, during the course of a products manufacture some dimensions may change. If you require an exact dimension please call us as we would be pleased to measure the actual product you are interested in purchasing.
