We pride ourselves on providing a reliable and efficient delivery service.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the items in your order. These charges are automatically updated as you add items to your basket and are clearly displayed at the bottom of the checkout page.

Delivery Costs & Times

Most items are dispatched via next working day courier.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note: VAT is applicable on courier delivery charges.

All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to the UK mainland.

If a non-mainland postcode is entered, we will contact you to arrange any additional delivery charges.

We do supply to the Channel Islands, but higher carrier charges will apply. Please select "Jersey" or "Guernsey" from the Country drop-down menu during checkout.

Deliveries to Islands and Highlands may take slightly longer than standard delivery times.

Availability Guide

When an item is marked as "in stock", it will typically be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Some items marked "in stock" may require manufacturing and could take slightly longer to dispatch.

Unless otherwise authorised, your entire order will be dispatched as one complete consignment once all items are ready.

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Specially Manufactured Products

If your order includes custom-manufactured items, we may contact you to confirm specifications before production begins. This ensures we supply exactly what you need.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival. Any damages or shortages should be reported immediately by calling us on 01454 332270.

Urgent or Same-Day Deliveries

Where possible, we can arrange same-day deliveries using our own transport or a trusted same-day courier. Please contact us to discuss availability and cost.
